2. Data processed
2.1 Public browsing
Public browsing does not require registration or request personal data. The hosting provider may temporarily retain technical logs such as IP address, browser, visited pages and access time for operational and security purposes.
2.2 Administration
Access to the private panel is restricted to authorised staff. Authentication processes the email address, securely stored password and technical session tokens managed by Supabase.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Authenticate and authorise staff who manage portal content.
- Maintain the security, availability and technical integrity of the service.
- Comply with legal obligations applicable to the data controller.
Processing is based on legal obligations, tasks carried out in the public interest and the secure provision of the service.
4. Providers
To provide the service, the Town Hall relies on the following data processors:
- Supabase (database, authentication and file storage).
- Vercel (website hosting and delivery).
Both providers may process technical data (such as IP addresses) outside the European Economic Area, applying appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Links to external maps or routes do not transmit data from this portal until the user chooses to follow them.
5. Retention
- Administrator accounts are retained while they remain authorised.
- Session tokens are retained for the session or as configured by authentication.
- Technical logs are retained according to the hosting provider's policy.
6. Rights
You may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability through the controller listed in section 1. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
7. Security and updates
The portal uses HTTPS, authentication and database-level access policies. This policy will be updated whenever the processing activities or providers change.
